Video where you are walking is pretty bad, stabilization is trying to do a job but failing. I hope that you are going to adress these issues after couple of camera updates, I really like the phone but bad stabilization and choppy video is a big turn off for me. Thanks!

I'm somewhat dissapointed by the video performance, but when I NEED a headphone jack the options are limited. And the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 pro doesn't even have android 13 on the global version - so I am not hopeful that android 14 will come out in a timely manner either, and I don't want to buy a new phone that's running old ass software. It has a better camera but it's lacking in the rest of the areas of the phone and to me the Poco's better processor wins out. I don't take a lot of video anyway.
Looking forward to receiving the device next week!

@@NimaRazavi Yes, very happy with it, love the headphone jack, IR blaster, 7+ Gen 2 is super fast, 67W charging, month by month security patches, great battery life. There's a lot to like. And the plastic construction is lightweight and the feel doesn't make a difference when you use a case as most people do.
Camera is actually good, but struggles in mixed or low light conditions - i.e. light shining through treeetops in pruned or immature forest looks washed out and overbearing highlights. But for conditions full of light, say by bright windows overcast or sunny, the camera really comes alive and colours pop. I think there are better camera phones out there, but it's not the worst camera I've had on a midranger by far. Better than Oneplus Nord OG, for example.
The biggest highlight is the great chipset. Great for gaming if you do that, I don't though. Day to day performance is flawlessly snappy, especially with hardware fingerprint sensor being so fast, apps load quickly, memory management is OK on my 8gb. The experience of using the F5 is like a flagship if you care about your phone feeling silky smooth I highly recommend the F5 as a value option.

@@NimaRazavi All phones batteries will deplete by being used over time. Modern cellphones that have faster charging do experience a battery that does slowly show it's age and degrade. But it's not impossible to replace the battery in 2-3 years time and extend the device life some more - a battery replacement is much cheaper than a whole brand new device. And some batteries even with fast charge do better than others and can last up to three years without problems to the battery cell health.
You just update and then the phone reboots like every other phone out there.
I think the camera recording have issue with the video becomes lag a little bit

You should always do software updates on your phone because they have the latest security patch for android. Old versions of security patches are no longer secure. Major version updates are the only thing to worry about, the small updates are mostly security patches and optimisations. Perhaps don't do major version straight away (go from android 13 to 14 next year for example), wait for feedback from other users on that. But the smaller updates you should always do.

Bought this phone the other month. Everything is great except for the cameras. The back also feels very cheap and fragile.
How has been the battery so far?
@@NimaRazavi It's holding up great, no noticeable degradation so far. I never charge past 80% using AccuBattery.
