Design-wise, Dean is like Capcom's Benimaru, but with a different twist to that formula.

I never liked him or any character besides Haggar, Cody, and Guy. I always thought they could have jazzed the FF series up by adding SF/other characters into the sequels like Fei Long, Cammy, T. Hawk, Dee Jay, Chun Li, Strider Hiryu, Hayato, etc. Then, imagine the possible bosses they could have added to the ones they had to compensate for the increase in talent. They could have picked and chosen who to add or leave off; instead, they chose none and the SOR series* is a lot closer to them as a result. I absolutely thought Capcom dropped the ball on this and could have given SOR a dirt nap of archeologist proportions with the characters they had...
*I still thought they lost, because of SG's character and action audio. And, this flaw runs every second of every game. If the game had been on SNES architecture instead, they'd have won without the SG audio flaws!

Even after years I love and will still continue the Final Fight trilogy, and seeing some remarkable characters being in Street Fighter is very nostalgic 😆

Dean is a cool character with no damage
Quando eu jogava esse jogo na infancia eu só jogava com esse cara, mas não fazia nem metade dos golpes dele, só fazia o combo básico mesmo. Vi que esses tempos vc ta postando muito jogos de luta e briga de rua, traz também uns plataforma como vc trouxe shinobi 3.

Dean was always a rather awkward character, his stance looks weird and there's something in his style that overall looks weird (they tried to make him look unique but only happened to make him look weird). Still, great run.
