It requires an old school analog stereo that plays a cd like a record rather than as discrete digital tracks. If you have one of these, all you have to do is hold the back button to rewind while playing E-Talking, and it'll go past the beginning into the hidden track.
correction--analog isn't the right word, the CD is a digital format even when played by these old stereos, but they treat it more like a single record with markers where track start, rather than distinct tracks placed one after another.
