This is genuinely one of the coolest thing as a gamedev. Seeing players use your mechanics in unintended and fun ways is the perfect way to know your game is good
“it is everything i love about this game” says a lot. both that you love what you’re making and are proud of your work, and that you love your community and what they do with it
That is positively delightful, and so is your attitude about an alternate solution being found. Too many games these days just immediately try and patch out things that are "unintended" even if it doesn't break anything.
Another example of this was in the original Portal. There was a chamber that required you to go off on a side path to solve a puzzle to ultimately raise a platform to jump to a ledge leading out, but you could instead use portals conservation of momentum to put a portal at the bottom of a pit and jump up to the ledge leading forward. This alternative solution was found during playtesting, but was left in as the alternate solution demonstrated greater mastery of the mechanics than the chamber was attempting to teach.
THIS is what i like to see, someone makes this really hard puzzle, sees someone finish it with half the required moves and instead of getting mad about it they're like "YES, that's awesome!"
I noticed in your videos that the dice moves extremely quickly. Could you add an option to beabel to see what moveves your able to go. Like have the spaces your able tp jump to light up like some online chess games have And then babel to turn it off and on when you started getting to know the game better

This. This is the perfect response to players doing something unintended in your game. You forgot to fill a possible loophole, and someone used it to do something awesome. Instead of saying "Hey that's not how you're meant to enjoy this thing I built!", you _recognized_ the awesome thing for being awesome, were glad that you forgot to fill the loophole, then highlighted the awesome trying for everyone to see. F**k I love indie game devs.
This goes to show, no matter how carefully you craft a video game, there will always be glitch hunters and speed runners willing to take their time to break your game in every way possible. The best practice is to just accept that and patch out the necessary bugs (like performance issues, crashes and softlocks.

you know you've made a good game when players can find a lot of emergent mechanics
There should be 2 speedrunning categories now, “Set-faces” and “Unset-faces”.
It is the best thing to see when people do things you never even considered in something you made

HAHA FALL OFF
bro fell off
Always crazy when you find a new subsection of RUclips
More moves doesn't always mean more efficient in these types of puzzle games
Remember a game like this on cool math we had a whole class tournament
If you have a player which dedicates a lot towards your game or anything really; then you've achieved the highest of honors
You should make more types of puzzles that are based on what you configure on your dice
Idea for a dice side:
On use, Spawns a shield in front of where the player went to (it's like a block that cancels anything that hits it once)
I think a cool dice idea is to have a power up called something like “step up” where you can hop onto those walls, and i guess make that a puzzle
Now add sandbox mode that let players create their own level to play with or just mess around with all the spells in the game.
I had this cool cube rolling game once upon a time. It came for free in a cereal box. I have never found anything like it. This is that and so much more.

Thats actually a great way of saying “not all faces have to be powers”
That doesnt defeat the purpose, that makes a new one 😭
This is a true "this is not a bug it's a feature" mement
Giving the player to disarm thyself. So half Health does make you a boss
Sometimes, the tortoise beats the hare.
Maybe you can use this for future puzzles where you’re allowed to make 2-3 faces blank and you have to pick the correct ones for the puzzle?
I love how someone crushed your puzzle and you thought that was brilliant and you love them
