@@Stillfigurineout it sounds crazy but I think it really is the sinister six spider-man hand, BUT the fingers are kitbashed too! noticed the middle and the ring fingers seems like they come from the mcfarlane spideys, which explains why the fingers don't fit well in the hand too

I think that unknown superposable Spidey is a custom, a lot of people took that head from another Spider-Man classics figure (can't remember the name of it) and put it on the fearsome foes body.
