Trump has gotten no "big boost in the polls." The major polls have all been within the margin of error all year and that has not changed. The exception might be Nevada in the latest NYT poll but as for nor that's just an outlier. Other high-quality polls show Biden up 7 in Wisconsin and up 2-4 points nationally. There is no evidence of any "big boost in the polls" for Trump. On the contrary Republicans have been losing actual elections up and down the board.
