haha yesss! He was so cute when he tried for the firt time when he was only 4.5 weeks old. He is now about 6-7 months old, you shoudl see how he crows now on our Ducks Get a New Pool video here > ruclips.net/video/Yj7c-E8-1No/видео.html
My little guy did his first crow at 1 week old!!! Only did it twice one morning, 4 weeks old on the dot started crowing when the light was turned on, it’s the saddest but more hilarious sound, almost like a dog toy being strangled
haha yeah, I tried to record him when he did it the very first time when he was 5 weeks old, but he wouldn't do it when I has the camera out. Finally caught him multiple times this morning.
I have a sweet pair of these D'uccles. Mine sounded just like this... Had me laughing out loud ❤️😂🤣 .. He's 4 months old now and can really belt out the song of his Peeples. I love them.
Awww we love our D'uccles! We have three of them at 5 months old now. They are the sweetest little things and always want some lap time when we are out hanging out with the flock
I'm travelling with two young d'uccles in my van at about 14-15 weeks now and was wondering if one was a rooster, but I guess they don't make this kind of noises yet I must have hens.. thanks for the video, nobody seems to know these breeds around here, very cute and friendlybirds, they never go too far and hop in their cages with little convincing..
They are so friendly we love ours! The rooster will have a very red large comb at that age. Roosters feathers are more red and the females are more beige
My mille fleur d'uccle crows NOTHING like this (this soundcreminds me of a trilling parakeet sorry), our 'd'uccle's is a full-throated low 'urka-urka-uuuuurrrr' which would deafen you, and he does it AAALLL day long, he never shuts up. It *used* to be cute.
I thought my baby rooster was sick doing this, but it was trying to crow. Thank you for the video.
Sometimes they start very early and it’s hard to tell that little sound is a crow lol. Welcome 🤗
A little guy with big goals

@@BockBockBouquet oww awesome 👏
Wow funny
Is that chicken actually crowing?
Yes. Bantam chickens and like that until they get the hang out it. I raise them. Regular sized roosters learning to crow sounds different.
I could not be a farmer. How could you cull something this cute if you have too many roosters?
if any one has a mille Fleur D'Uccle hen (or more than one)hen I would like to talk about it $
I have chicks that are half Silkie and half sebrights and they look just like yours! My roo actually tried crowing at 4 1/2 weeks!!!!
How cute!
