Episode 5 has Shu Uchida who plays a foreigner and Mia from Love Live and Karin Kagami speaks English in this episode. If they team up they would be unstoppable

Prior to D4DJ, never once did I see an English dub anime wherein a Japanese voice actor/actress actually voices their character in that English dub (D4DJ First Mix for instance). I guess that's what happens when a Japanese person spends hours upon days on end studying English until they've mastered it completely. My gut tells me Kagami did just that in college. As someone who plans on studying Japanese in college, I hope to acquire a skill just like that.
She started way earlier actually (she was born in California and went to an international school). You don't really need to wait for college to be able to grind out foreign language skills.
