I am not A miracle worker I don't know what the future holds for you guys I know tom is scared that he Mess up again and get hurt Remember Tom says maybe we're not meant to be Well, how does he know they haven't even seen each other in 2 years You can't just say that You don't know for sure but hey There is no such thing as a perfect couple or relationship What i'm trying to say tom will only know if he give jake a chance
I hope they eventually get back together, despite Jake being, well, himself, I hope they end up fixing everything.
