My recommendation is that you make it optional to see who the spy is. Reveal the roles at the beginning, and give a time frame for viewers who don’t want to see to close their eyes, and get rid of the role cards during the round. Then everybody wins and you don’t have to go back and forth.
Know I'm a little late, but a thought for hiding the spy is just always have the spy hidden and then put the spies for each game down in the description. That way people could watch each round hidden or can go into the description to follow along knowingly. Great video though! Always love your guys spyfall vids!
Got to say I really love it without the audience knowing who is the spy and I really love it when they give their thought process behind how they figured it out.
You should just display the roles every time at the START of EACH round (with a timer leading up to the reveal) and then hide the roles a the bottom of the video during the round (and maybe put your names instead, for newer viewers)
A way you could get around people wanting to know who the spy is or not is give a count down where it reveals who the spy is before the round starts, then if people want the can look away if they want
Will we ever see Studio 6 again D? These new Node vids are absolutely amazing and they're really bringing back my childhood, but seeing the old LAN Party setup would literally be a defining moment in my life.
I feel like it would be better to keep the roles a secret like how it was back when Niko and Sam used to play, so we can play along to figure out who's the spy
