(The original idea was scrapped due to limited amount of movements Gacha Club has, this is the reason why I wanted GL2 in other to save up time animating and getting things done without having a hard time animating)

The reason has already been explained in the past. They weren't shipping the kid with Fexa, they were shipping Freddy(The animatronic, the kid soul in here is already gone after being put to rest, i believe.) With Fexa.
I think you can find more detail on community post or somewhere in their old fnia reactions comments explaining it(i remember it somewhere.)
