To hide gray hair don't go darker, go lighter. As the gray grows in it will blend with the lighter shade better and look more like a highlight.
I think you look great without makeup.
If you do go for that peel it would be great if you film it daily to see your progress.
Would be interested to hear more about the business side of being a RUclipsr. The process of dealing with sponsors and other logistical and legal issues is something I’d be curious about. Take care Norma!

That William B steakhouse at Suncoast looks like it's going to be fabulous. Wow, a seafood tower for $40 is incredible. I would love to see what their actual dinners look like, so I hope you show us when you go back. Those facials seem to work well for your skin and stress level, because you're always so relaxed and glowing when you're done. Such a fun video. Great job Norma!! 🌠
Hey Norma I feel you on the migraines with “aura”. It’s almost like I get anxiety when I see the aura which makes it even worse!!! Not sure what your aura looks like but mines look like flashing triangles all connected together & almost looks like a worm? LOL!

Walking around CES for a couple days is hard enough. Did it many years ago and it def wears you out. But also having the migraine make it even tougher with all the lights and sounds. Glad you felt better.

Yeah i get migraines too its probably how you slept ,also probably you need ro get adjusted especially when you use alot of your laptop and stuff ,your neck is very compressed and i know you dont like getting your neck crack but a real adjustment would make your life better trust me it did for me.
Dear Norma: I really enjoy these "Life of a Norma Geli" videos. Hope you find something to help your migraines. Your hair is beautiful. But, don't worry about your face--you don't have to do much for us Norma Knights. Also, 38 degrees sounds tropical to us Iowans experiencing below zero temperatures and 13 inches of snow this week. Norma….sounds like you are getting “ocular migraines “. I have been getting them too…you can “google” the term “ocular migraine “ and it may set your mind at ease. Still they can leave you with a low grade headache which are no fun but you can seek treatment from a doctor to deal with the symptoms and random nature of when you get them and what your triggers for them are! Feel better soon!😉

I get the aura thing too, but no pain... just a problem reading/seeing ... and usually when I'm tired and dehydrated. It starts as a small spot somewhere in my visual field and gradually expands until it is larger than my field of vision and no longer a problem. My eye doctor calls it a "visual migraine". I always say it's just a brain tumor, but not serious.

I just discovered ice caps (Amazon) after all these years. I would dare call it a game changer. I have 3 now in my fridge, at all times.
you need to try OTC migraine meds. And for me a coke from McDonalds (not anywhere else). It has something to do with the way they combo the CO2 and soda that really helps!

Glad you are feeling better. Migraines are no joke. The spa area looked so relaxing. I've never been to a spa. It looks relaxing. I'd like to get like a massage someday. My shoulders have so much tension lol. Have a good Wednesday.
I used to work for a spa there is so much that the front desk does to give that impression. If you do go please be respectful to the front desk and please do not act in any aggressive manner towards us.
