hey gloveglu I got some questions. Firstly I'm thinking abt buying ur dry skinn silicone gloves but I dont know which size should I get (I'm normally using 7) if I get 7 will it fit me? after that is it durable and grippy without gloveglu spray? cuz I cant get glove glu spray its too expensive.

You should get size 7. Maybe size 6 if you have skinny wrists. Dry SKINN is best WITHOUT gloveglu on it. It has to be completely dry for it to be grippy as it is not made from latex, so you're all good there

Nothing wrong with cardio and some is good. But think about what a goalkeeper does - short bursts and high intensity moments. So don't rely on just cardio training. Include strength & conditioning
