if you were wondering they have to unlimit after a certain time so they dont get kicked back to orbit (aka they cant limit the entire round)

That’s a nice 7500 nl5 pro. The reason you can bait them is because if they stay in the 7500 for too long they get removed from the game. So they just don’t toggle for that long.

It’s a version of net limiting with swapping weapons, gives the 2nd weapon the damage of the 1st
Even when we players ask Bungie to pay for the anti cheat personnel, Bungie doesn't respond they just never cared for the pvp community that actually kept this game alive for years!

i faced some net limiting trash recently also.. well done
what really pisses me off is the fact that to avoid losing your card because of such people playing the game you need a HUGE skill gap, since being just better than them is not enough. However Mendez made some really huge play. He almost carried the whole team.
If they keep the netlimit active for too long they’ll get kicked so that’s why they stop using it, so it’s easy to bait out
Incase you haven’t gotten this info from someone else, netlimiting doesn’t always mean that they are “lagging out” it just means the block specific ports, in this case they block the one that sends weapon info tricking the game to think they have a different weapon
Apparently that Candy guy also likes to crash other people's games by firing Cerberus while limiting.
And yes, applying one gun's damage to another is also net limiting. It's the same thing that made the craftening possible only not as long lived. Far as I heard it needs to be reset between rounds.
Basically his client and the server are desynced and he makes it accept higher damage values by swapping to the higher damage weapon but keeping the rate of fire of the other weapon.
I was in a call with vulitqe last night and he was talking about farming cores from crashing lobbies
