클리어젤은 손톱 연장, 두께를 위한 오버레이, 스톤 붙이거나 아트 할 때 주로 사용하구요
탑젤은 네일 할 때 맨 마지막에 사용하는 젤인데 큐어 하면 광이 나는 성질을 가지고 있고 스크레치에 강하며 그 아래 발라진 레이어를 보호해주는 역할을 합니다!!

I think the Korean brands call it stripper because I was about to buy Bizle brand peel off base coat and the description said it was a stripper.
