I tried F45 awhile back, it's fun, but because it's so rushed, you sacrifice sometimes your posture, and it's not as effective, especially for those new to some exercises.

My mom signed me up for a class at this gym and I thought it was going to be a fun light workout but my legs felt like noodles after the first day. It was as if my whole body was broken. Even my boyfriend who goes to the gym regularly puked in the bathroom. Don’t get me wrong, it feels great once you’re done with the workout. If you’re trying to loose weight and gain motivation, this gym is for you.
My first class at f45 was cardio day , I went to the bathroom to throw up but I decided to joined, best decision. I’m now stronger and I look forward to working out 😊
