Literally since last 5yrs being a Gemini ascendant person my life got suddenly upside down due to the transit of Rahu and Ketu in ascendant & 7th house & then in 12th & 6th house axis. Saturn & Jupiter's transit in the 8th house in Capricorn sign & Jupiter being debilitated in the 8th house. I am a Leo Ascendant, yes to feeling unlucky, have had strange episodes of going through job interviews till last stage for Singapore and Dubai and all of a sudden things not working out- either because I didn’t get the pay I wanted or they shut the position. Been struggling with health since Nov 2021 - very poor gut health, no medicines working. Had to quit job because of it and move to freelancing - slow payments despite work, affecting financial stability. Also going through moon Mahadasha and Saturn antardasha. You are quite right, in last 14 months I have faced bad health issues. I got piles disease last year in Nov 2022 due to which I had to visit hospital many times. Doctor advised me surgery, but so far I have not done it because I am hoping things will change after 30 Oct when Rahu Ketu will change its sign.
Now, can you please reply to one question:
My natal Venus and natal Mars is also placed in 8th house in Aries sign in my natal chart. My Venus antardasha is running from May 2021 till Jan 2024.

Have you gone through ayurvedic treatment? And please, if it's serious listen to the doctor first. Don't wait for ketu or rahu.
