Uncle Floyd is THE B-E-S-T!!!!! I purposely work on Sundays from 9:00am to at least 1:00pm just so I can listen to WFDU-FM (89.1) on FM!! I love hearing local things that he & Scott Gordon bring up, along with the eclectic mix of wonderful old music that they play!!! I LOVE hearing those scratchy old 78s!! Hawthorne (yeah), Paterson, Glen Rock, Fair Lawn, etc! Love his "Deep In The Heart Of Jersey". Please, Uncle Floyd, DON'T STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! I'm 64 years old & to me, YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw Uncle Floyd in a club in Jersey in 1979. A group of my college friends went to see him. It was so funny to see friends of mine sitting on the floor,it was so crowded. Seeing a puppet show, ie oogy. What great times. God bless you Floyd Vavino.

    GREAT video. Wonderful stories.
I used to watch his shows on UHF tv in Brooklyn back in the old days.
Am surprise he regrets not going to college. Hell, I got two college degrees and never found any use for this worthless education. I've come across dozens of people who say the same here on YT. Be glad you never went to college. Ain't worth the effort.
