Following from 1st class and now i am on 72th lecture. The way you are clearing the socio concept is absolutely great.. I am very thankful you to Akash sir. Your lectures are much relatable that I put myself in every situation / theory you teach in class.
Bow down to you sir ... Hat off to your knowledge and ability to convey your knowledge... And your ability to teach is par excellence ... Virtually touching your feet ❤❣️😍
Sir I am a working in private job of 12 hours so I only watch your video and not able to make running notes so please say any student to provide running notes through your telegram channel please please please please sir
Very good lec sir , i have to ask one question , some nonsignificant gestures can be significant in other's society? ( you have given an example of korean symbols , they can be understood in korean society )
Significant gestures are those which evoke the same meaning (and thereby response or action) in both the speaker and the listener..... These Korean alphabets constitute a language and are thereby significant symbols...... However, if the listener doesn't know Korean, then these symbols are meaningless for him and thereby are non significant gestures to him (objectively, they are significant symbols)!!
I know this sounds stupid but from the start you're referring 'Man' word as the actor , can we use 'Man' word in answer writing or use people/human instead of man. I'm only following your lectures for notes so I don't have a good idea of the Language and for this i read some Articles related to them to improve my answer writing language/vocabulary, is it okay ? or should I read Haralombus(selective parts only).
I am using ACTOR in a special context...i.e. in a social context where an individual is manifesting a Social action which has implicit meanings and motives.....Men is a general term while referring to Human species!!
This is not an example of social isolate because Budhha after his socialization went to jungle. And here social isolate means complete isolation from society like wolf girls of Bengal
