Good experience for you. Actually, I like to be early too☺
The flower with the boiled egg is called "bunga telur" (bunga = flower, telur = egg). I may be wrong but just from my experience, the bunga telur is historically limited coz they're placed on yellow sticky rice (pulut kuning; pulut = sticky rice, yellow = kuning) given to selected people with priority for close family members. But there are instances, where people just make the bunga telur to hand out as it is. That's just from my own experience/observation.
There are typical dishes for wedding receptions or special events. In Malay, they are called "lauk kenduri". Not sure exactly what meat dishes you had but the last one with veggies is "dhal/dalca".
The music/sound you heard as the bride & groom arrive is called "kompang". Can google to see what kompang looks like😁. These days many choose to just play the sound, simply for convenience. Perhaps you'll have an opportunity to see a real "kumpulan kompang" @ kompang team. ✌😊

@@koreanhappysibling it is an agricultural, horticultural and agro expo. The biggest in Malaysia.
Depending on the exhibitors the are a lot to see and experience. There are indoor and outdoor sections.
Animals and plants exhibits. Mini petting zoo, aquarium exhibits, varieties of flowers and plants showcase. Plenty of fruits, vegetables and food stall on sales or just like me just getting full on eating the samples offered at the stalls/booths. 😅
An enjoyable experience for the whole family but be aware of large crowds.
      Enjoys 👍😃
