I've never tought about that while making this cover, but it's unique how you create this relation between the song and the game itself, that's something I like 💜

Rather than a relentless villain, this one gives me the vibes of a scorned hero who is somehow being extorted for entertainment, like being forced to complete acts and puzzles for the entertainment of higher beings, and has had to kill other competitors to survive. Sort of like a dark fantasy version of Squid Games. And the song is about him having had enough, and he’s getting ready to break out and take revenge. Amazing work!
While I was first introduced to Aviators via Bloodborne (many years before I even got into Bloodborne), it’s really heartwarming to see people also have a nostalgic feeling towards Aviators music
