Very nice explanation. Lmia needs to be banned for ever . I know many business who earned a lot of money with fake Lmia and invested that cash money in to real estate and raised the property prices . If lmia stopped and you will see property prices drop. Many farmers I know after 2015 bought 1000 acres of land with fake lmia . This is very big scandal. Good work Shmeel ji. Keep it up.

In Punjab, see what's happening. The Deputy Commissioners are authorized by the Punjab govt. to give license to practice as visa consultants. The only requirement is just deposit 25000 rupees and start the consultancy. The practice is that agents are duping the youths and when Some complaint is raised, these agents close the business and again start another one office by depositing another 25000 rupees under another name and this loot goes on. The doctor is licensed by the medical council, the lawyer by bar council but in India anyone can start visa consultanvy without being licensed by the foreign govt. or the regulatory body of the foreign country. In Canada, it is CICC. The only way to stop this dirty practice by bogus agents is that allow only those who are licensed by the Canada govt. Regulatory body. Only this can save the youth from India and particularly from Punjab.

People in India and some people in Canada don't understand that this country Canada initially worked towards building a better QUALITY of living. Unfortunately there has been a lot of harm done in the quality of living and presentation of the country. Canada is not responsible to take care of everyone in the world. It is the responsibility of the home countries of where the people come from whom should be doing that. If people would not over crowd their homes with other people then Canada too can not over crowd its home either. Unfortunately the country had become rather greedy and the federal is putting most of the blame on provincial government's of not pulling the reigns well in advanced, yet knowing and seeing the damage being taken place in the past years. The federal government should and could have taken strict measures back then as they are doing now. This is kind of to their personal advantage as well because they want to secure future votes in the elections. Proud Canada has certainly failed to maintain its beauty and standards of living. As everyone knows a lot people will mostly be affected from India. However, what is not being realized is that many, but not all people from India and a lot more from Punjab don't put in the efforts of building an intellectual mindset, or maintain hygiene. It was absurd when i heard the lecturer in a college orientation talking about students to be precautious and to maintaining personal hygiene. On boxing day i walked into a Best Buy store and the first thing that hit me was the awful foul smell of stinking armpits. The store was jam packed full of Indian Students and the store stank like hell. I was finding it so difficult to concentrate on what i was there for. Its an uneasy feeling for people who have been born and bought up in western countries when people who do not speak much English mainly from Punjab look at them in a very awkward manner when they speak in English (as it is their first language). I have personally heard remarks as such "Patha ni kitho English eni vadiya kad ke leande ne". The way they look at others is also so uncomfortable. I have personally experienced an Asian old man (who evidently wasn't from Canada maybe India or Pakistan) picking items out of my shopping cart to see what the item was like. I was shocked at the level of low mannerism. Incidents and odd behaviors can occur on odd occasions, but all this is seen in Canada on a daily basis. There is a small gap in Canada looking no different compared to less developed countries because of what is portrayed through the people who are being immigrated in Canada. Also because of the greed of Canada itself and not providing the adequate resources that the immigrants should have.

In Punjab, see what's happening. The Deputy Commissioners are authorized by the Punjab govt. to give license to practice as visa consultants. The only requirement is just deposit 25000 rupees and start the consultancy. The practice is that agents are duping the youths and when Some complaint is raised, these agents close the business and again start another one office by depositing another 25000 rupees under another name and this loot goes on. The doctor is licensed by the medical council, the lawyer by bar council but in India anyone can start visa consultanvy without being licensed by the foreign govt. or the regulatory body of the foreign country. In Canada, it is CICC. The only way to stop this dirty practice by bogus agents is that allow only those who are licensed by the Canada govt. Regulatory body. Only this can save the youth from India and particularly from Punjab.
I respect this man for having the courage to speak the truth. I love our culture but we have done some very shameful things to bring down our image and someone needs to speak this truth.

People in India and some people in Canada don't understand that this country Canada initially worked towards building a better QUALITY of living. Unfortunately there has been a lot of harm done in the quality of living and presentation of the country. Canada is not responsible to take care of everyone in the world. It is the responsibility of the home countries of where the people come from whom should be doing that. If people would not over crowd their homes with other people then Canada too can not over crowd its home either.
Unfortunately the country had become rather greedy and the federal is putting most of the blame on provincial government's of not pulling the reigns well in advanced, yet knowing and seeing the damage being taken place in the past years. The federal government should and could have taken strict measures back then as they are doing now. This is kind of to their personal advantage as well because they want to secure future votes in the elections.
Proud Canada has certainly failed to maintain its beauty and standards of living.
As everyone knows a lot people will mostly be affected from India. However, what is not being realized is that many, but not all people from India and a lot more from Punjab don't put in the efforts of building an intellectual mindset, or maintain hygiene. It was absurd when i heard the lecturer in a college orientation talking about students to be precautious and to maintaining personal hygiene. On boxing day i walked into a Best Buy store and the first thing that hit me was the awful foul smell of stinking armpits. The store was jam packed full of Indian Students and the store stank like hell. I was finding it so difficult to concentrate on what i was there for.
Its an uneasy feeling for people who have been born and bought up in western countries when people who do not speak much English mainly from Punjab look at them in a very awkward manner when they speak in English (as it is their first language). I have personally heard remarks as such "Patha ni kitho English eni vadiya kad ke leande ne". The way they look at others is also so uncomfortable. I have personally experienced an Asian old man (who evidently wasn't from Canada maybe India or Pakistan) picking items out of my shopping cart to see what the item was like. I was shocked at the level of low mannerism.
Incidents and odd behaviors can occur on odd occasions, but all this is seen in Canada on a daily basis. There is a small gap in Canada looking no different compared to less developed countries because of what is portrayed through the people who are being immigrated in Canada. Also because of the greed of Canada itself and not providing the adequate resources that the immigrants should have.
