Body scrubs are a type of physical exfoliant that uses ingredients, like sugar or sea salt, to remove dead skin cells. This helps skin look brighter and may prevent future acne breakouts.
Body scrubs remove dead skin cells, and so provide several benefits:
They allow your skin to absorb moisturizer better. By doing dead skin cell buildup, any moisturizer applied afterward will soak into the skin more thoroughly.
They unclog pores and prevent ingrown hairs. By regularly using a body scrub, you’ll unclog your pores, which can prevent razor bumps and ingrown hairs.
They leave your skin smoother and more even. When dry skin isn’t removed, it makes the skin rough to the touch and has a dull, cracked texture and appearance. By removing the dead, dry cells, you should have smoother and more even skin.

Has anyone tried BBI's coffee body scrub for tan removal? I bought if from Meesho for Rs 249 only and love the results. Very smooth to apply & does not dry out skin.

Mcaffeine is better than the mamaearth's scrub. You will require lesser quantity and it will last for long.

Scrubbing sai pehle steam lena zaroori hai kya?
For facial some do take steam before scrubbing. Body k liye miane kabhi steam nehi liya hain.
Tanning on skin is more and from more than a year. Will it remove this tan?
Yes .but you have to be consistent in using it. If you follow a regular regime then it is very effective on tanning. And also you have to use a good sunscreen to avoid further tan.

Try the mcaffeine’s one. No need to buy both. Aur isko lagane se sirf nehi hoga. AAP jab bahar ja rahein ho tab ache se SPF based lotion bhi lagana hain. Aapko regular basis pe product use karna hain and then dhire dhire results dikhe gi.
