I used to work for a hotel in high school and if our check ins lasted longer than 15 minutes, we were given a written warning by management. I'm sorry to say your hotel front desk career won't last long.
No manager is going to complain about her because of all the upgrades she's gonna sell, I'd upgrade everything and ask a million questions just to keep her talking haha
