I thought they were enjoying in Edo State under Obaseki's government. Teaching job in Benin in private schools in really pathetic. They celebrate private schools that pay 30k, 40k in Benin. I was shocked when a teacher told me that a particular private school pays very well. And I asked how much. She said 60k. And I said so 60k is much. That was 2020. In Asaba, in 2014, two private schools gave me offers of 80k and 90k. In Enugu, one school gave me an offer of 140k. I told the person, teachers are suffering in Edo State and they don't know. Am in the teaching profession that is why I speak along this line.
Honestly, I'm not fully convinced to vote for this man - any government that know what they are doing and serious about the development of their state should know they electricity drives prosperity and development in all spheres of the economy, unfortunately he's not making that a priority. As state like Edo that wants to attract businesses and investors should be talking about generating 2000MW -3000MW (it no longer in the hands of the FG) but he is just talking about the regular things we've been hearing in the past
