I think we've come to the point where the only thing in his memories is Namine and he just knows that Jiminy is his friend but no memory of their time together in KH 1 for example.

Did Namine really HAVE to do all that to Sora? She even said Marluxia threatened to keep her locked in the castle, NOT kill her. She could have just told him the truth from the beggining using her powers, since Sora would have had to gone through the castle anyway in order to escape.
