Misconduct Complaint Robert Shay Hawthorne Police

I fully expect both Shay and Lira to shake my hand and behave when we next meet. If you have a complaint against a cop, be sure to notify myself or katman, so we can make it count...publicly.

To my vcrstillworks...
No such luck...a mild example is officer Rehan Nazir of Inglewood PD.
He was fired from 2 departments before coming to Torrance PD.
He murdered 3 unarmed men in 3 months, which the TPD found within policy. Later though he was fired from Torrance for dishonesty.(3rd department for same reason...he is a testiliar)
Immediately he was hired in Inglewood, so he still testilies in the same courts.
I have been contacted by recent victims to this day.
Apparently in his free time, when he is not murdering or testilieing, he enjoys beating homeless people too.
3 complaints is nothing more then a paid vacation and promotion. Ask Rehan about 3 pensions and a full time police salary "to boot."

DON'T OFFICERS NEED 3 COMPLAINTS IN TILL THEY ARE KICK OUT OF DEPARTMENT. IF SO 2 MORE TO GO LOL
