What Duncan did to Susan and his wife is the height of wickedness. Didn’t he stop to think if he has a sister, if he’d feel good to hear someone treating her the same way?
That stroke happened to him to let him see the error of his ways. He then was able to see all the wicked things he’d done coming back to him.
When you hurt people who love you, you turn them into angry shadows of themselves that as Amanda said you create monsters of them.
Amanda in this case put down her monster, forgave and supported her husband.
Not all women would be able to do this after being treated like that.
I can understand you wanting to save your marriage but if he doesn't change his mindset, you will be right back in the same situation as before once he is well again! Unless he starts to think differently about what marriage is and respectful to the marriage the sadness of this situation will continue!!!
The moral of this movie is forgiveness. we all need to search our past. Outstanding anf excellent movie.Brillanf actors 👍👍 the last part is confusing why let it end like that. Did go back to his old ways. WOW what an ending. Leaving us thinking did he really change.

So, after all the abuse Amanda suffered from Duncan, and after all is forgiven, and a child is finally produced from the marriage, they end up going their separate ways, with Duncan marrying "Vera"? You have got to be kidding me!! I'm not sure what this movie was supposed to show us, if at the end of it all, they appeared happy, and expecting, but then unable to work things out. There could have been a better ending, with scenes displaying the process of forgiveness and healing between Amanda and Duncan, and a rekindling of love that is needed in an abusive situation such as this. The ending is very confusing. I understand this is a RUclips movie, but for an hour and forty minutes of our time, a script that makes sense would be welcomed by viewers.
Can I like this comment ten thousand times. I don't know what Nollywood scriptwriters are thinking with such stories, not all movies need to end beautiful. We are not after a good ending, it the message that matters. There's need to show more consequences for actions being taken by abusers, not everything is about forgiveness please.

Thank you. I had to rewind to understand the ending. What was the happy couple ending about, if he was going to end up with something else. And he didn’t have to pay for all the abuse on those women. Some of these stories 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Duncan is leaving Amanda, the wife he abused to marry someone named Vera, after they were exepecting a child.
Please. He is wicked to his wife because that is who he is. He has more nerve than a rotten tooth to ask for forgiveness. He did not even apologize for his actions, he could not he say what he did. A man like this will always go back to his wicked ways.
