Speaking of tabs, I wanted to mention that the one tab for this song from your site, the one that's not handwritten, has the wrong chords in the bridge, it's like 4 intervals off. Should be C#m E B C#m E F# instead of G#m B F# G#m B C#.

    Thanks for this! I'm pretty good at figuring things out by ear, and I don't sweat it too much if I'm not playing it exactly the way it was originally recorded. However, your video gave me some good corrections. Now, may I humbly offer you one? At the chorus, the single notes you are playing over the B chord are: E - F# - B. That sounds "ok," but it should be: F# - G# - B. Shift your first hammer on up one whole step and see how it comes alive! Enjoy!

    • @MarkZabel
      @MarkZabel  3 года назад +3

      Thanks for your comment and suggestion! Even though what you suggest sounds really good, I'm fairly sure in the recording (E.g., at 0.33 in the song) the hammer ends on F#, not G# on that first line.
      I don't sweat playing things exactly either, so I have the same outlook as you on this sort of thing. The RUclips crowd usually feels otherwise though. Thanks again.

      Thanks for the feedback! That's very curious. You only see part of the tab for "Drift Away"? Or by "file" do you mean something else?
      There is some sample curriculum at the bottom of the landing page. If you mean that, the issue is that you haven't logged into the course itself. That seems to confuse people.
      Instead, log in (top right of page) and click to get to the course (Mark Z's RUclips free). You'll see maybe 100 tabs there going back to 2014.

    • @MarkZabel
