My hubby had his own freelance graphic design business and worked long hours for decades as he built his clientelle. He always took the time every evening to be present with the kids and I (and often times returned to work later). Schedule into our into your calendar, time for self care (whatever that looks like for you....go for a walk or to the gym, medidate, journal...anything, even for 15 minutes a day, you need to set aside time for yourselves (independent of the other person). Say yes to social engagements, and other fun activities. You'll be a better partner/friend/boss when you prioritize your own well-being.

I have some advice on the working part. Wake up at 4am get ready start work at 5am take 5 10-20 min breaks and stop working at 6pm. After 6pm NO WORKING! Trust me you’ll feel a lot better. Give it a try ❤
