I was just talking yesterday about how I appreciate how Zac and Mike Rowe are passionate about whom they give to and It always drove me crazy that ppl were doing the "ice bucket challenge" to not have to donate to a charity...it never made sense to me. That was an awesome Ice Bucket Challenge Video I just watched on the ALSA.org web site. I sadly lost my Mom this summer to ALS. I loved how you defined ALS and nominated everyone to donate just $5.00. That's so doable. While I haven't done my challenge yet, I'm happy to report I did make a $100 contribution and plan on participating in a future ALS cycling event being an avid cyclist. You were such a good sport taking those extra large, slow pouring glasses of Ice water-Ouch!!! Trish Mayo:)
