Like you have been doing I am beginning to move virtually all LED on engines, passenger, cabooses. As well as Building and Station Lights. Also LED Strips for both Display Cabinet's and the Glen Snyder Shelves.
Great Upgrade! Yes I am not big fan of Plastic Shells on Streamers. The only one I really use is a Marx 490 which I use with the Marx six inch tinplate. Or the Marx William Crooks with seven inch passenger and freight cars. I plan to bypass the 2 Position E Units on all the Marx Single Reduction engines as I just can't get use to that when I have so many Lionel or K-Line Engines with 3 Position E Units.
Yes plus I think the Marc engines are better with more weight and traction tires ! I run all the Marx single reduction engines on separate layout with no switches as I mostly use Atlas. Or Gar graves ! Still they are cute
Looks and sounds awesome. I like the air whistle you threw in there too. 😉👍
thanks, that's my Marx Girard whistling station.

thanks! I agree, metal is so much better. I was glad the parts fit as nicely as they do
