My wife was in her Mariupol flat during the invasion. She left but many of the other Ukrainians that lived in that flat perished. They stayed and the building was hit and burned from the bottom up. The flat housed over 70 units. Just terrible. Denis I have her videos of nearby buildings being hit.

I believe Russia did this through GPS spoofing. They basically gave the building the electronic coordinates of the actual target on purpose. This means they can claim Ukraine is targeting civilians.
