5:10 The set of Keighley car park lifts at the broadwalk area are going to be modernised. The left hand lift which hasn’t worked in years is currently being done at the moment.
Nooo they hydrowared the Precision. I suppose it has a rare announcement but I prefer the Stentorgate version of the announcement. When I went that lift was cordened off with a metal fence. Was the OTIS 2000 still phantom gonging on the bottom floor when you went or has the indicator finally died or been replaced. The main glass lifts run well after the mod, they just need ADO as they still become rammed.
Yeah it seems rather then Stannah replace train station lifts are starting to get Hydrowared instead. It didn't phantom gong this time round but that was fun last time. The main lifts were being replaced on my previous visit but they run alright need ADO like you said.
Good to see the first lift hasn't been completely Modernized. The 2nd lift used to be an Otis. the Glass Lester's are ok, but not as good as the original Fujitec's. Such a Shame that the marks and Spencers lifts no longer work 😢
M&S is moving to where Debenhams used to be so that might be a reason why. Still strange that they'd close both lifts off. The lifts in the new M&S are NewLift lifts installed by Tower which despite having NewLift logic are pretty rubbish and inefficient.

Yes, normally engineers don't set lester up very well, but with these, they are very decent. @@TheUKTransportCollection

9:06 The ground floor button and door close button is wrong fixtures.
Not wrong fixture just in the wrong place it is very confusing but since the stores closing soon no point fixing it.
You’d think M&S would’ve used the other lift rather than have 0 lifts working
I don't get why they decommissioned the other one in the first place since they modded both a couple years ago
@@TheUKTransportCollection it’s a weird one
