Great riding this year. Loved seeing your videos and Matt also. Being a 36 year old in Ontario with 2 little ones at home I think it's great that you still get out there for some solid riding.
Hell ya thanks dude. I find a majority of guys are 25 to 60 lol wide age range but age isn’t a huge factor it seems! Even old dudes are killing it out there 😂
Already miss watching you ride with Matt...you two are insane together....I can relate to injuries list...knocked out 12 teeth...broke jaw..orb of eye on sled in 99 riding B.C...(yes i was wearing a brain bucket)....latest one was a quad (used to own atv tour company in alberta rockies couple years ago)...dropped my head on trail ...hit a burm I didn't see coming..(i know..rookie move...lol)...shattered tib and fib ...broke ankle..shattered heal...spun foot 180 degrees..broke bunch of ribs...fractured collar bone...broke wrist...by myself in deep Forrest...almost bled out...stars air ambulance ride...back on quad 30 days later with cast on wrist and leg..crutches bungee to quad...sometime you have to pay to play...lol...be safe and look forward to seeing more riding from you guys...from my very melted igloo on the mountain....D.
@@JasonMcMurray it's all good...lol...that is a very short list of injuries for me...I am a 50 plus year old adrenaline junkie who refuses to grow up...lol...rode revy and all over Okanagan all threw the 90's...mountain bikes in summer...sleds winter...did winter search and rescue from1989 to 1999 ...had to quit because of blown out knee...I will never stop...love the rush and going places nobody else does. I am now doing wildlife patrol along 200km stretch of hwy in rockies of alberta ...main goal is to protect endangered mountain caribou...as well as all wildlife....charged by a grizz in June last year...my e-mail is darrensworld@live.com if you interested in seeing some crazy pics of my wildlife moments...been charged by 3 different grizzlies...1 caribou...2 moose and had a bambie try to rum me down..(have pics of all of them)...just e-mail me and i will send pics to you...was great watching you guys ride...you and matt are awesome to watch together.....7 kids...11 grandchildren I simply don't have the funds for sledding anymore....so as sad as this is I get my fix through you guys....lol...be safe and keep vids coming....from my thawing igloo on the mountain...D
Man mechanicaly you got away pretty good... justin and i both got absolutely screwed and spent 5 days ish of our trip in the shop in sicamous...excited to see ya out there this year again!
Love the point around 17:00 about a cutoff time in the afternoon. I think about that a lot when the crew wants to drop the extra zone or whatever. About 2 hours before sunset I start to get pretty chill. It’s always a fine line balancing thinking ahead safely and being the bitch of the group lol.
Lol definitely a fine line but as I get more experience I care less about being a bitch and more about living to ride another day or not spending the night on the mountain 😂

I’ve tried a few snowbikes and they are alright. If I had an unlimited budget id have one. I’m a moto guy so I think it would be cool to see what I can do one.

Have you seen the Carbon fiber Rails and Wheels for your Shed? Maybe you and Matt can ask them for help and there test riders. There from your place Ontario. Jason Could you Take your own Fuel there?
