This is the best explanation on Gradient Descent. I had learned Gradient Descent from another place but I still didn't really know what Gradient Descent actually does. This video gave clarity on so many things. Although this video was so long, I wasn't bored while watching it. Reflects the hard work you put into while creating your videos. Excellent Job!

Want to add two things here, for any new learner:
    a) kept asking myself - through out the lecture - why am I learning how to make a function of batch gradient descent, when sklearn is practically a library for these things.
Ans: "Sklearn doesn't provide you batchGD and mini-batchGD". Keras in deep learning does, (learn keras from his 100 days of deep learning series)
    b) Batch gradient descent is vanilla gradient descent - This is true but for Sklearn, stochastic gradient descent is the only way to go - unless you are making your own function.

    Hello Sir,
Thanks for making this fantastic video.
I have a doubt. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
Firstly, How does gradient descent deal with the problem of Bias and Variance Trade-off and the problem of Multicollinearity?
Secondly, Does it follow the assumptions of Linear Regression?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
