Dude !! I’m a SoCal native 66 years young. Thanks so much I didn’t know dining pkg existed, ugh . Sad to say didn’t know about fantasmic . We are just starting to really enjoy Disneyland. Great job !
Thanks for the support David. Happy to hear you found this helpful. Stick around for more tips and tricks to make your experience more memorable! Cheers 🙏
Awesome breakdown. We are coming from South Carolina in July, so very excited. How do you reserve blue Bayou as I didn't even see it as an option on the dining choices for Fantasmic?
Thanks! Since BB is a popular restaurant (regardless of Fantasmic), it will usually require reservations made 60 days in advance. You can confirm this by going in the app and searching options two months out - you will see it then. However I know that doesn’t help you with your July plans. Best bet is to keep checking each night (around 2am PST) for cancellations that post and maybe open up a spot during your planned visit!
Was just there and did river belle, awesome experience. But I really want to know. That section just behind those seated up by the water with the chairs. How do you get there? Can't seem to find any answers.
Hello sir ray, just wanna ask you, we have a reservation at river belle, for 4 adults and a 6 years old, it was $199, just wanna ask you, how is this? I mean , of the $199, we can use the money to eat, or do we have to pay for the food We gonna eat? Hopin for a reply and thank you somkuch, more Power to sir!!!
$199 for 4 adults and a child is a really good deal! Normally it would be $255 so bravo! Since the packages are set price, you will pay that amount and choose from the package menu (appetizer, entree, dessert plus drink). There are some things like alcoholic drinks and mocktails that are extra cost so keep that in mind. You are going to eat a lot of food so make sure you have an appetite. It sounds like you will end up with 5 VIP passes plus over $255 worth of food for only $199. That’s a great deal 👍
The reservation fee is just a hold, not the actual charge. You will pay for the food at the time of your visit. But they take your credit card info at the time of reservation to secure your place and just in case you don’t show up, they charge you a no-show fee
Great info, new subscriber! I have River Belle on July 4th for the first show. I heard main street and anywhere prime to see fireworks is a nightmare on the 4th?! My hope is they pipe in music and maybe even projections from this viewing area and can see fireworks from there? any idea?!
Yes, after Fantasmic, you will be able to experience the fireworks from Rivers of America. You will hear the music and see projections on a mist of water, but it’s not going to be as immersive as Main Street. You can try to run over to Main Street immediately after Fantasmic is over, but it will be a mob scene and very difficult with kids. Still doable but difficult
@@RAY360 Thanks! I figured it wouldn't be as immersive but being able to stay put and experience at least some of it vs. camping out for the 3-5 hours I heard people do on July 4th is worth it!
Good question - all they say for now is that it may not run nightly and showtimes are subject to change. As we get into the off-season, the show runs on Fri-Sun historically though

You can find "Fantasmic dining packages" in the app and select which restaurant you'd like and which showing.

That’s reserved for VIP tours

@@RAY360 so the $199 reservation fee is already the payment for the food? If we go over $199, well jst pay the over?

Do you know if this still runs every night after summer or just on weekends?

Do you remain seated for the show in the reserved areas?
Yes, everyone in the reserved section needs to remain seated, which ensures everybody has a view 👍
Wow why do all the foods are to rare and spicy? I am Latina and cant tolerate that kind of food 😥 they don’t have more healthy options?
