Hello Natter, what do you think about that noise in these latest 3 pikes? The music itself is mellow and peaceful, I like it very much but that scratching noise bothers me quite a lot 😐
Hey friend, I kinda feel like he was going for that old vinyl type sound with these 3 pikes but yeah personally its not for me either, at the very least it should be way lower in the mix
@@NatterNet There is also no reason why these 3 couldn't have been released as 2 x 30 minute Pikes. It's weird. The last batch of 6/7 contained some great Pikes that felt like proper album Pikes. This feels like a step back in that regard.
Yes sir definitely my feel. Either much lower or at best no distortion...we'll see the next serie...
@@VenLon I think these type of Pikes are done in one or two takes and pumped out quickly, no real thought or structure behind them (and I dont mean that in a negative way), more jam/on the fly based, whatever comes out and release it. Not really my kinda style of Pikes but others enjoy them. And really the 3 pikes could be 1 60 minute album, but with him making more money from paintings than albums these days, 3 cover paintings that sold almost immediately for $600 makes more sense than one for $200.
Personally, I enjoy the vinyl effect as I routinely go to sleep to these kind of pikes from Bucket, and it adds a nice white noise to relax.

Magical 🪄It’s about 1:30 am where I am, I’m tired and just relaxing. That was so nice and mellow I didn’t even notice it had been 22 minutes… it felt like about 3 ! Trance accomplished Buckethead !

I'm a HUGE Bucket fan but please bring back the old Bucket. Some of this mellow stuff is ok even though the vinyl sound on these is a terrible idea imo, but give us at least a couple of old school pikes Bucket. Someone had to say it.
