    Wow, I really enjoyed this vlog. The demonstration from the bartender setting up your Absinthe was really satisfying, plus the whole vibe of the establishment. Lol I gotta try one of those drinks one day hehe

      That’s a great question - absinthe is pretty bold in flavor. I think it would go great with shell fish. I think raw oysters, cooked scallops and fish would be great. I would also be curious to see how it pairs with cheese.
