- Tom is going in for his surgery around October time so won't be able to ride whilst he is recovering so we came up with the idea that I do a series on his channel called the "Kara Takeover" I decided to try it out today and rode the MTB single track red route at Bedgebury and it was awesome...
I have been there before and done a video over on my channel a few weeks ago however I was really surprised at how much more I could do and how much easier I found the bits that I struggled on last time...
It just goes to show that sometimes you progress without really even knowing it!

Hey great Job! I love Bedge. With the trails being linked in a circular route its great for fitness as it's generally so pedaly. You should start your own channel in my opinion. With more and more girls getting into mtb you would be an inspiration to so many! Keep up the brilliant work!!!

Well done Kara. It is impressive how with some tech training, trails open up for a rider. I myself have been focusing on tech skills and find my confidence also has rocketed.
Be great to see you back at that trail down the track and powering those tech features without E-assistance. Keep it up and get well from your surgery soon Tom. If you don't Kara will be stealing you jump moves from you.

Yeah Kara! Loved it...I really like the idea of you taking over while Tom recovers...I'd also love to see you both in the channel while that happens...perhaps some rehab videos? More riding is of cruse always welcome...btw Tom...we're still waiting for that DJ Build video...😎

These look so fun, are there lifts to get you back to the top, or is it peddle back up each time?
They are great fun! No there are no lifts you cycle round in a loop :)

I went here last week for the first time. It was my first proper ride in a few months too due to having to recover from frozen shoulder.
Will go back for sure, although my legs kept dying!
These are the trails I cgo on most often went there on a really humid ugly day pushed myself up cardiac and then was sick. Horrible
