Great theory on his part with the side deck. Tbh it makes a lot of sense. Opponents expect you to side into some techs against their deck, but when they're faced with an entirety new deck they were not prepared for it just stops their entire strategy for their side. Great profile and great win!
know this is old but glad a boy i know is playing a deck that got me into goat. two recommendations id give him which is a personal spice is to play mystical knight jackal. Goes well with meta that makes last warrior and also can stack dead cards on top of ur opponents deck such as sinister. Another card to play is creator just because it can revive boss monsters like bls, sorc and jinzo.

I dont quite understand 41 card deck with 2 upstart. Im certain there is a reason, and id love to be taught! Whats the therory here?
The only reason I can imagine is if he wants more upstarts in Deck to recycle it via DMOC multiple times.
Why no creator or cannon solider? Why play 2 upstart for 41? I’d main book. Book + crossout so good
