Yes cottage means a small cute house. You pay for the location and the lake. They were probably built in the 1960-80s and the decor is very grannyish. It's up to the buyers to do it up 😅

I would have gone for the 1st privacy. That house only needed a little updating. It had the best loft as well and was cheaper.

Number 3 has neighbours right on top of u , each side..never…

Plus it was the most expensive. At least the house number 2 had a bit of privacy. You only see the neighbours when you are on the water. Plus it was the most expensive house. I wouldn't have chosen that house.
