I'm so torn between the Izzo and the Jeffsy! I'm deciding on which to get as my first fs. I'm coming from a 130mm 27.5 hardtail. Ahhh! 160mm 27.5 Jeffsy vs 130mm 29er izzo....idk how well the Jeffsy does on climbs
I prefer my Izzo (over my enduro bike) for almost every ride, except really rocky tech stuff. I'm sure you'd be happy either way coming from a hard tail!!
I'm 6'1" tall and got a large. I used to have an XL Izzo pro race but I prefer this large izzo uncaged 7 for lots of reasons, including fit. Bikes are currently in stock in the US so I'd bet it would only take a week. When I ordered they weren't in stock, so it took a couple months. The lockout grip didn't work out of the box, but they will warranty it. I had a lockout on my previous pro race and it worked perfectly, so I'm not too worried about getting this fixed. I love the bike so far, and will love it more once the lockout is fixed.
@@JoshGarn my only worry about getting YT is hearing warranty issues in the pink bike sub forums. it sounds like you have had luck with the customer service. I am a bit in the mix size of 5'5'' and not sure if I should get a medium.
@@skt4271able I've heard customer service in other countries is bad. I think it's pretty good in the US, although maybe not as good as a local bike shop. Good luck finding something you'll like!
@@jeremyrobinette2563 it's easy to replace. I replaced mine with a suntour twin lock for like 40 bucks. I think I'd prefer the original, but mine came broken and SRAM has been really slow replacing it so I finally just had to buy something different.
@@JoshGarn I’d love to pick this bike up and sell my stump jumper and epic Evo and just have one bike that falls in between. That lockout and all the cables and grips are the only thing I don’t like. Thanks for your input!
Keep up the good work man, watching you all the way from Mexico 🇲🇽
Thanks!

Woo 😂. Thanks for the review man. Sweet bike. I've a Blaze and love it
If that doesn't sell you on the Izzo nothing will. Most riders will never push it that hard. This guy's got skill.
haha, thanks! I actually got the bike so I can climb better, and for long days in the saddle, but it is a really capable bike!
@@speedoffun you make me feel over biked on my Hightower. Great video 👍🏻

Thanks for the video. I have one on order. I also currently have the pro race. Where are the trails your riding in this video?
This is in Sierra Vista Bike park in Reno, NV. It looks like you are in AZ. Just rode in AZ in Sedona last week, and it was rad!
@@speedoffun yeah, I live in Sedona, it’s awesome Been here about a year. Cheers!
what's your size and size of bike? how long did it take for delivery? any issues out the box during assembly?

If you wanted to remove the cable lockouts, is that possible?
You could easily just unhook the cables, but your shock and fork would be stuck in the open position.
@@speedoffun just curious if you could put traditional lock out levers on them. But doesn’t seem that’s possible
