    Love this guy. I could watch all day. He always lifts to children of bodom which is cool.. I prefer Burzum or Darkthrone myself :).

    On week 10 of your deadlift program, really enjoying it. My max when I started was 320. Up to 225 off deficit feeling easy, next week heavy.

    Just want to say thank you, i bought all of your e books and did a mock meet this last weekend 49lbs PR on the dead lift from 551 to 600 Was coming back from a pec injury but hit 330 on bench crushed it And i tore my groin last year so still babying it so i wont mention that lol but over its hard training but made great strength gains. Looking forward to the second go around.

      Jared Spaulding yeah they are not fun to deal with, my pec healed up pretty fast but my groin took forever and still isnt 100% yet. Sorry to hear about your injures for being only 16.

      Jeston Hickle It's honestly been the other way for me. My groin healed really quickly, but he pec has been taking forever.

      Jared Spaulding it just depends on how bad the injuries are on the recovery time, but i rushed my groin after a month and really did a number on it like a dumbass and didn't give it enough time.
