hey, i have an idea for the next plot: Dean and Cas are husbands, but they have a tense relationship. They travel at night, into fog, to another city. Dean is very tired, they bicker, at some point he almost loses control, but he copes. As a result, they gradually reconcile, remembering happy moments, but they pass the right turn, but they are happy. In the end, it turns out that then they had an accident and everything after - a vision of Dean in a coma, and the passed turn is a return to life.
