Please show us how to connect the left side of the pump where main flow and return pipes will be installed. This part comes with 22mm x 3/4 Male compression. But if we have 16mm UFH pipe then there is no reducer from 22mm to 16mm available. how do we connect 16mm pipes to flow and return.
We have plenty of helpful videos available on our Trading Depot RUclips chanel, offering better insights into the products on our website. Here is a handy step-by-step video on how to install a John Guest Speedfit manifold. The JG Speedfit manifold kits can be used on both underfloor heating & radiator based systems. They are available to purchase online from Trading Depot here: goo.gl/djYq8o
Why fill the loop **then** pressure test? If after filling the system it is pressurized then if there's a leak somewhere the pressurized water will cause damage... Air testing should be done before filling.
Do you really run 60°C through your underfloor heating? In our installation a safety switch cuts out all pumps if the temperature should ever go above 40°C (water is mixed near the pump in the basement). Typically it runs between 30 and 35°C.
Hi - my system worked fine until I messed up when I made a change to the Aura wireless thermostat. Now the UFH works but I can't get the radiators to come on (these do not have thermostats on each radiator). I must have set up the two aura thermostats wrong, but can't work out what settings I need to enter after reboot.
Tim Orum Hi Tim, You would be best directing that question directly to Speedfit themselves. You can reach them here: www.johnguest.com/contact-us/ Kind regards, Trading Depot
Hi Neville, Unfortunately we aren't technically trained on the product here. You would best directing this type of query to the technical team at JG Speedfit. www.johnguest.com/speedfit/technical-support/ Or by phone: 01895 425333 Kind regards, Trading Depot

I have UFH with this JG manifold operating with a flow of about 50C. What should the mixer valve setting degreeC be during normal operation?
it's so nice. I learn a lot from these hope that I will do it practically one day.
Good looking bits, nice explanation
👍Gods djoupe
Nice explanation thanks
Que funcion tiene. Saludos.
How does it interact with the boiler, I mean hot water in, gives off heat then get reheated, and back into system then....
shut off valves need to be before the pump, not after
