    If you are over 40 years old or have kidney disease you should consult your doctor before consuming L-arginine and foods high in oxalates

      I disagree with consulting a doctor but I agree you should use caution before consuming products high in oxalates by having biomarkers tested to see if it's safe.

    Didn't mention Kale, it provides orders of magnitude (read thousands of times) more nitric acid than any of the foods mentioned. :)

      Yes, but excessively high in oxalate, so caution is advised on that front.

      I'd go with arugula. It's very high in nitrates and relatively low in oxalate. Using the saliva test strips it took my nitrates levels from depleted to optimal in one day eating a big handful twice.

    I heard a few days ago about mouthwash doing just that, I was shocked. I definitely am not going to use it religiously! However, I still am skeptical about it.

    Arginine does not work for older people. Potassium nitrate will work because it uses another mechanism that works for elder adults.

    Having the Nos+ SNP can be problematic with nitric oxide. As well, bodies with oxalate issues can cause tissue damage when consuming vegetables. So proceed with caution & know your body. 😊

      I make my own electrolyte and antioxidant drink, potassium citrate, @4.2g potassium fraction, kills 2 birds with one stone, the citrate for oxylates, etc.

    Can someone please tell me how to get tested for this? I tried a FENO test but apparently that’s nitric oxide exhaled and is mainly used for asthma testing? I’ve also heard saliva tests can determine NO levels but I’m not sure if I should go with a Feno or saliva test????

    L-Citruline goes right there where it should go, easy and faster, potent and safe, which really works.

      @@franhar8292 3 to 5 grams powder l-citruline, one dose daily, with 1dl water, then drink 0.5 to 1 liter water after.
      Brand is not too important, many brands never produce their own products.
      Do not take n empty stomach.
      Just drink more water daily when you take l-citruline and should be ok.
      Never take viagra or similar, if the same day you have taken l-citruline.
      For every day use 3 grams daily is enough. For sport - 5 grams.

      I forget to say that i take resveratrol 200mg together with l-citruline, antioksidants give a boost to it.
      Resveratrol looks safer for everyda use.

      L-argining looks similar to l-citruline but l-arginine is absorbed in the body very easily but distributed to all organs, and very little is converted to nitric oxide. L-citruline is the best choice to boost nitric oxide.

    You did not mention kale. It is by far the best natural Nitric Oxide booster. Second is Swiss Chard . Third Arugula then Spinach.
    One caviat. You should chew these items, not drink them to get max boost power.

    Raw meat also, as long as safe enough. Raw meat is great for virility as long as you don't eat problem foods. Cooked meat reduces virility.

    You also need to start breathing through your nose,not your mouth…sounds weird but it’s true.
    Something in the nasal cavity helps creat more nitric oxide i the body.
