Wow, what a way to spend Christmas. If you are anything like me, I still pinch myself each year that I get to be in the greatest place in the world. Christmas vacation in bed at the end was the perfect ending. Thank you

What a beautiful Christmas you had Kim! I can’t believe how tall Mathew is! I am sorry I’m late on this series. I have been watching them all in order and have enjoyed the series this far. Please don’t stop vlogging your holidays. The OG viewers love watching your beautiful family. It has brought so much joy to me! Kim you are such a lovely person. I loved what you said to Mathew when you went on your walk about there is a whole world of adventures waiting for him! Never let a day go by. As I continue to fight my cancer journey. There is nothing more true. If you have your health live each day with compassion,be gentle to yourself when you make mistakes, realize mistakes are apart of growing and learning which never ends throughout our life. If you’re afraid to try something,if you can push yourself a little through that fear and do it..often there is something greater on the other side when you accomplish that goal. Plus the pride you feel for sticking to it and working through it. I see the wonderful examples that Mathew has for parents He is going to have lovely adventures throughout his life. He has been blessed with the gift of travel through his life. I am sure it will carry on through his teen years. I hope you are still vlogging when he makes decisions about schools and what he wants to be. There are so many choices for kids Mathew’s age now for careers. I’m going through the journey with my eldest nieces, nephews and God children. It’s been fun to plan campus tour trips for this summer so next year when they apply they have narrowed down choices. I can’t believe these 15/16 year olds are starting to make their career goals. I can’t believe how fast they grow up! Wishing you John and Mathew a wonderful year filled with magical memories. Thank you for sharing some of them with us.❤️🥰

I’m trying Babettes next week for the first time and so excited! Although oddly I couldn’t make a reservation online for one, I had to put two. I hope they don’t give me a hard time!
What type of camera do you use for vlogging?

I use a combination of GoPro, Sony ZV1 and my iPhone 15 Pro for filming, I’ve been very impressed with the iPhone quality.
The reservation system is annoying for solo trips, I’ve always made my reservations for one and not has a issue yet
