Hi Misti, absolutely spectacular!! Once again, I had no idea how much natural beauty exists in the state of Idaho!! Love how you got lots of shots from various angles to show off that balancing rock! Amazing!! As you mentioned, light is everything is these types of photographs - big difference between high noon and sunset! Looking forward to your next adventure!! (and yes, I'm old enough to remember the one and only Evel Knievel) :)
Thanks so much, Gord! I consider myself lucky to live an hour or two from forested mountains to deserts and canyons. Idaho really is a great place to call home. And that’s awesome… you know who Evel Kneivel is… makes you cool in my book! 😎
Amazing. This is one place I would like to visit in person...while it is still there. One day, due to erosion, it will fall of its own accord; nature's accord, actually. Fine video, thanks for posting.
Wow, thanks so much, Chris! Actually, Idaho is pretty diverse with forested mountains, rolling farmlands, and high desert plains. It really is a photographer’s playground!
Really enjoy your kind of photography subject matter which is similar to what I like with landscapes and old buildings and stuff , also interesting that you show your editing process from unedited RAW to finished. For me I'm usually fine with the look and convenience of the JPEGs which are automatically edited but I save a copy of the RAW and JPEG for occasional editing, Also cool that you own and like the D850 like I do it's a great camera for that kind of photography ,my favorite lens for landscapes is the 24 120 f4 VR lens and for general use and lower light the 24 70 f2.8 like yours but yours is I think is the VR version which would be helpful , happy shooting, take care !!
Derrick, I’m so happy to hear you’re enjoying my work, it’s great to have you part of the community around here! You’re right, I’m really loving the D850… is there anything it can’t do!? 😁
Wow! This is fantastic! I'm not able to venture out anymore like I used to be able to do. So I'm really loving 'going along' with you and your Photo Adventures and experiencing the beauties of nature again. 🍃🌿🍃
highly recommended ... great Spot ...
I love that rock formation, so cool! Very nice video!
Thanks, Patricia! I’m glad you enjoyed it.

Beautiful shots, and stunning drone shots. Thank you for sharing 👍
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed the video! Steve will be happy to know his drone footage is appreciated, he did the drone work in this video. 😊

I’m glad you enjoyed the video! Hopefully erosion doesn’t take this awesome rock too soon, it truly is a wonder how it still stands today.
15:55 Another great video, you never fail to impress. Is all of Idaho like this?

Looks like a question mark
Steve thought so too.
