Even the National Border Council endorsed the bill and said it was the best that they have seen in decades!
Trump told Republicans in Congress that whoever voted for it, he would destroy them and even James Lankford voted no on his own bill!

I have been vaccinated 3 times and will get my 4 th next week. After my Mother who I love dearly almost lost her life to covid was sick and had to be placed in hospital. I soon got the rest of house vaccinated. F a chip and what whatever phobia you may have I didn't want to die and I definitely didn't want to lose my Mom thru ignorant thinking.

Hey this is from years ago. May not help now since it's old; will look like she's learned nothing and not progressed, like pushing vaccines here; hopefully she's a little more critical or less exuberant at least about pushign them. But way back then pushing the vaccines was pretty normal.

Yet again, she largely championed the punitive-first approach to criminal justice while simultaneously avoiding the injustices inflicted onto Black and Latino individuals and communities by her and her staff attorneys. As district attorney of San Francisco, Harris championed state legislation that threatened jail time for parents if their children were repeatedly absent; defended convictions in cases where there was evidence of innocence and prosecutorial misconduct; opposed legislation to require AG (attorney general) investigations into police shootings; defended the prison system in civil rights litigation; and clashed with sex worker rights groups. She declined to seek the death penalty as district attorney of San Francisco, but then as attorney general fought against a challenge to capital punishment.

Peoples said her daughter’s school absences were due to hospitalizations for a chronic illness: sickle cell anemia. Also, on a deeper level, if former Alabama Attorney General Jeff Sessions had implemented a similar program, would you be defending him as well? It seems to me that the only reason that you are giving Kamala Harris a pass on her atrocious and dangerous record as a prosecutor is because of her race and gender. Giving her such a pass is dangerous because you would then have to give a pass to former Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron, who decided not to charge the two police officers who had shot Breonna Taylor six times and killed her in March of 2020. Separately, a third officer-who had not shot Taylor-was charged with wanton endangerment, but for accidentally endangering the lives of three of Taylor's neighbors by shooting into an adjacent apartment.
